How To Prepare Your Skin Over Weekend!

In this fast paced lifestyle, you are so much occupied in work, that you hardly get time for yourself. Luckily, you have got weekends to save your back . It is considered that day , when you can actually set back and relax and can take out time and pamper yourself . Feeling good in your own skin and maintaining the same is considered a tough and time-taking task . Weekend gives you ample amount of time to take a good care of your skin.
I have listed step-by-step procedure on how you can make your skin plump and glowy -

STEP 1: CLEANSE
In the morning, start by splashing your face with warm water or wash with a gentle face cleanser designed for your skin type. Try Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser - one of the best foaming cleanser easily available on Nykaa.com
STEP 2: STEAM
Give steam to your face. The warm steam causes your face to sweat, which opens the pores and helps soften the surface layer of dead skin cells, releasing dirt and debris that could be the cause of breakouts and would otherwise stay trapped. This is what gives tired, dull skin that rosy, dewy post-steam glow. It helps removes toxins.

STEP 3: EXFOLIATE
Regularly exfoliating to remove dead skin cells is important. Exfoliation after steam helps remove the hidden impurities,as the pores are open , there by easily uplifting the dirt and make-up products underlying the skin. You may use Neutrogena Deep Clean Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub. It helps in removal of blackheads and dead skin effortlessly!
STEP 4: CLAY MASK
Since Clay masks has natural detoxifying properties, it helps to Detoxify the skin. Also it helps to remove hydrogen from the skin cells. Clay masks are an incredible remedy for oily and acne prone skin. One of the best clay mask that you may try is Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask 2X . Also it has lilttle amount of scrub added which makes the skin smooth.
STEP 5: TONER
Toners are often misunderstood and most people don't know if they should use it or how to use it. Before moisturizing and following your facial cleanser, a face toner is a quick, absorbing liquid that helps to remove excess dirt, traces of oil and makeup, correct and balance the pH of your skin, and helps control acne and minimizing open pores.

Innisfree Blueberry Re-balancing Skin toner is one of the best that I can swear by!

STEP 6: ANTIOXIDANT SERUM
Serums are super-concentrated, nutrient-dense treatments that address specific concerns, so it’s better to keep them as close to the skin as possible. It also helps blunting your skin’s inflammatory response to neutralizing damage from UV rays and environmental pollutants.

Try Indulgeo Essentials Rose Gold Oil - its the best!!!

STEP 7: EYE CREAM
It’s vital to apply an eye cream at least every night, if not twice a day, starting in your 20s. “It’s about maintaining the health and thickness of the eyelid skin. Improving the skin quality in this area early on ensures that the eyelid skin does not easily lose laxity and its smooth appearance later on.” Try L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Eye Cream.
For best results, consistency is key . “Regular use of eye cream over time will keep the eyelid skin elastic and can improve or prevent against some fine lines or collagen loss.
STEP 8: MOISTURIZE
Keeping skin hydrated is an important step toward keeping it healthy. Last step, Facial moisturizers can enhance the functioning of the stratum corneum , the uppermost layer of skin. Applying a moisturizer to your face can increase the moisture level of the stratum corneum , prevent skin from drying out, and, if the moisturizer contains a sunscreen, also protect against sun damage.
